Mr Lui Yiu Kwong Peter is the chairman of Sinophil Development Group Corporation Limited. The company started the very first shipment of Nickel Laterite into the People's Republic of China in 2006 and the chairman was Awarded as the Special Ambassador for Surigao City Government on Dec 1th, 2005. The Ambassador was awarded to Mr. Lui to facilitate the investment activities from the mainland of China to the City of Surigao.
